The job role:

As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring CNC-controlled lathes to manufacture high-quality special screws. You’ll carry out precise measurements and quality checks, maintain and service machines, and support the optimisation of manufacturing processes. Working as part of a skilled production team, you’ll ensure every component meets exacting standards of accuracy and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring CNC-controlled lathes.
• Manufacturing special screws.
• Carrying out quality controls (e.g. measurements).
• Maintaining and servicing the machines.
• Optimising manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Experience operating CNC machines, ideally in the field of special connections.
• High degree of precision and sense of responsibility.
• Willing and able to work early and late shifts. 
• A reliable team player and strong communicator.
