The job role:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting customer relationships. You’ll proactively follow up on offers, negotiate confidently, and provide excellent service to our international business customers by phone and email. From preparing tailored quotations to managing orders and resolving queries, you’ll ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every stage.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth and order intake through proactive follow-up on offers and skilful negotiations, getting the most out of every opportunity and continuing to expand your own successful customer base.
- Maintaining customer relations, supporting our international business customers by telephone and e-mail, building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted contact for all matters relating to our special screws.
- Manage customer data accurately in our ERP system and prepare tailored quotations that inspire customers.
- Confidently solve customer queries and find the best solutions, whether that be related to delivery times, price negotiations or other enquiries, whilst keeping track of complaints and credit notes and ensuring they are processed quickly.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training and ideally already have relevant sales experience, which you now want to take to the next level with us.
- An excellent head for numbers and confident juggling figures, with a strong understanding of commercial processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Organised and independent, able to work a structured manner and take on responsibility to drive your tasks forward in a results-oriented manner.
- Confident in using common MS Office applications.
- A team player with strong drive and a friendly, personable communication style, comfortable collaborating with others while striving for personal success.
