The Job Role
In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a productive manufacturing environment. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure all procedures are followed and production objectives are achieved. This role contributes to the operational effectiveness and strategic objectives of CTB Group, while acting in alignment with the company values of Safety, Team Work, Accountability, Respect, and Trust (START).
Essential Skills & Experience
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining quality standards.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Forklift Truck Licence (training can be provided).
