All CTB Group brand assets, including trademarks, logos, designs, templates, imagery, and other brand materials, are proprietary to Cooper Turner Beck Group and its associated businesses. By downloading, accessing, or using any CTB Group brand assets, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use.
Use of CTB Group Brand Assets
By using any CTB Group trademarks, logos, designs, templates, or other brand assets, you acknowledge and agree to follow these Terms of Use, as well as any applicable CTB Group Brand Guidelines and related policies governing brand communications.
CTB Group retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, and brand assets. Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of any CTB Group intellectual property.
When using CTB Group brand assets, you must do so in accordance with the approved brand guidelines and ensure that all communications accurately represent the CTB Group brand.
You must not use CTB Group trademarks, logos, or other brand assets in any way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of activities, products, services, or communications that have not been authorised by CTB Group.
You must not register, adopt, or use any CTB Group trademark, logo, or any confusingly similar name, design, domain name, social media account, or other identifier without prior written approval.
You must not alter, distort, modify, obscure, animate, recolour, or otherwise misuse CTB Group trademarks, logos, or brand assets in a manner that is inconsistent with the brand guidelines or that may damage the integrity or reputation of the brand.
Any goodwill arising from the use of CTB Group trademarks or brand assets shall belong exclusively to CTB Group.
CTB Group reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use, update brand assets or guidelines, or withdraw permission to use specific brand assets at any time.
Except for the limited permission granted through access to this Brand Hub and the associated guidelines, no additional rights or licences are granted, whether expressly or by implication. Brand assets are provided for authorised business purposes only and must be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable company policies.
