
Cooper Turner Beck (CTB) has appointed Mark Gorman as Senior Vice President for Renewable Energy and Infrastructure, a newly created role that reflects the group’s continued expansion across global energy and infrastructure markets.
Mark brings extensive experience from senior roles in aerospace and automotive, most recently at Rolls-Royce, where he led major engine programmes for Airbus and built a strong track record in operational delivery within safety-critical environments.
Across his career, he has worked at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and programme leadership - overseeing complex global operations, driving performance improvement and managing large-scale growth across both OEM and aftermarket environments.
In his new role at CTB, Mark will lead the strategic direction of the Renewable Energy and Infrastructure divisions, with a focus on ensuring operational readiness for increasing demand across key sectors.
His experience in programme governance, lean transformation and building high-performing teams aligns closely with CTB’s focus on delivering dependable, high-quality solutions at scale.
