The Job Role

In this role, you will support the smooth running of the Bar Stock Inbound and Outbound Department, maintaining high standards of accuracy and stock integrity while assisting with wider warehouse duties as required. This role contributes to the operational effectiveness and strategic objectives of CTB Group, while acting in alignment with the company values of Safety, Team Work, Accountability, Respect, and Trust (START).

Key Responsibilities

The duties listed below are not in any order of priority or importance and are not intended to restrict or limit the activities of the working day.

• Maintain productivity within the departments.
• Coordinate workloads to ensure the timely booking in and out of all bar stock.
• Take a responsible approach to health and safety.
• Ensure all quality requirements are maintained.
• Maintain a good level of communication with the Department Supervisor to ensure a constant flow of products through the department.
• Ensure raw material stock accuracy is maintained.
• Ensure all raw material deliveries are booked in within 48 hours of receipt.
• Ensure all FLT checks are completed, and any issues are reported.
• Ensure the preservation of products is maintained.
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to a high standard at all times.
• Fulfil any training programmes deemed necessary to support the efficient performance of duties and assist with personal development.
• Undertake any other duties as required, commensurate with the position.

Key Measures

• Improve and maintain the department's productivity.
• Ensure the timely booking of inbound and outbound products and that all paperwork is scanned onto the portal.
• Maintain stock integrity.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
