The Job Role

As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you’ll be responsible for

programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery using Fanuc

controls. Working from customer drawings, you’ll machine components

to tight tolerances, check your own work, and help maintain production

efficiency and quality across the shift.

Key Responsibilities

The duties listed below are not in order of priority or importance and are

not intended to restrict or prioritise the activities of the working day:

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls.
• Read and work from customer drawings and specifications.
• Machine components to tight tolerances and perform self-inspection.
• Prove out programs and ensure quality is maintained through out production
• Report tooling needs or issues to your supervisor promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and personal development through training.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and report any risks.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of the rol
