The Job Role

In this Group-wide leadership role, you will establish and govern the Quality Management System across all Group operations, with the aim of achieving class-leading quality performance. You will develop the Group’s Quality Development Strategy, strengthen the quality function and ensure effective functional support is provided across the business. You will provide clear leadership, promote continuous improvement and support the Group’s operational and commercial objectives while acting in alignment with our values of Safety, Team Work, Accountability, Respect and Trust (START).

• Establish and govern a Quality Management System across all Group operations, with the aim of achieving class-leading quality performance.
• Develop and deliver a Group Quality Development Strategy that strengthens the function and enables effective support across the Group.
• Improve internal operational capabilities through the use of advanced quality tools and techniques.
• Provide Group-wide functional leadership and work effectively with internal teams, customers and suppliers.
