The Job Role

As Sales Executive, you will manage designated customer accounts, handle enquiries and quotations, and proactively engage new and existing clients to achieve sales targets. Working in line with CTB Group’s START values — Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect and Trust — you’ll deliver high-quality service while driving strong commercial results and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

not intended to restrict or prioritise the activities of the working day.

  • Receive and handle customer enquiries and orders via phone and email.
  • Quote customer enquiries within the specified timeframes.
  • Follow up on live sales quotations with customers using the ERM system.
  • Identify opportunities to increase account spend by selling additional products or materials to existing clients.
  • Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Source goods to fulfil customer orders on a ‘back-to-back’ basis.
  • Provide clear processing notes for each sales orders to the relevant order entry team.
  • Make proactive sales calls to new and existing clients.
  • Visit customers as required to ensure account stability and growth.
  • Accurately estimate costings for enquiries.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key specifications to effectively support clients.


Key Measures

Achieve and monitor sales orders against budget, with regular monthly analysis and review.
Proactively generate new business from assigned house accounts to meet or exceed agreed targets.
Complete all required training programs to ensure efficient performance of duties and support ongoing personal development.
